As our community continues to adapt to the realities of the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic, the Design 55 team remains fully committed to the safety of our clients, partners and employees. Given that older adults and people with underlying medical conditions are at greater risk for developing serious complications from COVID-19 illness, the Design 55 team understands that it is as important as ever to follow stringent hygiene practices as outlined by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.
In this uncertain time, we are here to help you with all your relocation needs and make your transition as smooth and safe as possible. Design 55 employees are taking the following steps to ensure your safety:
Limiting in-person interaction where possible
Staying home if they have symptoms of, or exposure to, Coronavirus or any other
Conducting temperature checks daily
Using sanitizer before and after entering a client’s home
Washing hands with soap and water often
Wearing gloves and a mask
Keeping hands away from face
No shaking of hands
Remaining six feet away from others
Following all community safety guidelines and rules
We realize that we are all operating in a new normal and that circumstances can change rapidly. We are closely monitoring local, state and federal guidelines and will be our clients’ advocate at every step along the way.
